The problem is that there is not a good option for residents of Westchester County to reserve a park amenity online. The Westchester County website does not meet user needs.
THE COMPETITION
The Westchester County website lacks much of what people expect from a modern ecommerce website. Only one reservervation can be created and no history or notification is sent.

RENT A PARK offers modern interface, multiple reserations, notfication by both email and SMS and a purchase history with credit card purchasing.

When Julia tried to reserve a picnic table for her son's birthday she was dismayed by the Westchester County website. There was no way to see all the rental options and no way to see pictures of the area. She found the information confusing and the website very out-of-date.
